Our Philosophy

Global Echo operates within universal principles of respect and evolution of the ‘self’ and the systems that we create. Our core objective is to promote and foster equity and inclusion. We work with people leaders and organisations as a whole to enhance safe and inclusive workplaces. We believe that creativity and innovation are fundamental elements of human growth and evolution and we create space for these to flourish in our program delivery.

The name ‘Global Echo’ was inspired by the Arabic word for ‘echo’ – Sadaa (صدى). The pronunciation of that word in Arabic somehow reflects its meaning – reverberation. It paints a picture of one point of impact, creating ripples and vibrations of change that travel through time and space, growing and spreading as they expand. It speaks to our capacity, as individuals and groups, to reach multiple communities across our planet, in our plight to promote deep and strong connections.

Global Echo represents the powerful and the unheard voices, the common beliefs and the unspoken truths. It draws us to reflect on our circle of influence, how we go about spreading a message, whom it reaches, and what impact it creates.

We work with you, our clients and our collaborators, to ensure that your workplaces, policies and practices are safe, accessible and inclusive. We consistently aim for our work to contribute to the ongoing evolution of individuals and societies.
